(PICTURED) Juicy beef patties on soft sesame buns, layered with melted cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, pickles and caramelised onion in true classic American style. Served with our homemade tomato relish for dipping or spooning on top.

• Homemade tomato relish: tomato, onion, garlic, red pepper, brown sugar, vinegar, mild spices, salt.

• Serves: 12-14 sliders, ideal for 8-12 people.

• Serving suggestion: Serve at room temperature or warm through briefly in the oven. Keep the relish on the side so guests can add as much as they like. Pairs well with chips, a coleslaw or a green salad.
